1. Products sent out to customers are as per orders and have passed quality control.
2. Shall there's difference between orders and delivered product, kindly inform us within 2x24 hours subsequent to products receiving. Please return the incorrect product to seller and seller will arrange exchange. Postal charge paid by customer to return the products will be refunded.
3. Shall customers are not satisfied with the products (for any reason), kindly inform us within 2x24 hours subsequent to products receiving. Please return the products to seller (address will be informed) and seller will arrange refund. We don't do exchange in this case. Postal charge paid by customer to return the products IS NOT refunded.
