1. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost/damaged items or delay during delivery thru normal postage by Singpost. If you have not received your package within 3-4 working days after we posted it, kindly go to the nearest Singpost Office to self collect.
2. We strongly encourage registered post. However, due to high load, registration number is sometimes can't be found/tracked thru Singpost website (http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.aspx). Please call 1605 for future assistance.
3. Kindly dont buy from us if you have doubt on our products, prices, services and kindness. We are serving our customers with all possible means to care to the fullest. But if you are too fussy, lazy, and just want to abuse us, please just close this window and don't continue the deal.
